Community Home Health Care was established in 2008 with a singular goal in mind; to provide every client with a level of professional and personal care that they felt as though they were family. It is important to us that our clients do not feel like a number, but an important part of our company. 

We are committed to a higher standard of care and we understand that our clients deserve the very best. For this reason, we are extremely proud to be the only CHAP accredited company in Lawrence County Ohio. It is because of our passion to be of great service to our clients and their families that we go the extra mile to receive this great honor and maintain our standard of excellence.

We have grown tremendously since 2008. We have greatly expanded our services offered, been able to provide jobs for a great number of RNs and Home Health Aides, and relocated to a larger office to accommodate this growth. We are proud to provide our clients with the independence needed to stay at home. 

We are now accepting new clients at Community Home Health Care. Clients must have one of the following:

• Medicaid
• Passport
• DODD
• ILA
• Ohio Waiver Program​
• Private Pay
